Inspection and Sorting of Bearing Rollers
Qualified by leading bearing manufacturers in the aerospace industry, this machine performs non-destructive testing (NDT) of bearing rollers at a rate of one every 6 seconds.
The initial inspection is conducted using 8 cameras, providing surface condition analysis with a detection accuracy of 3 microns. Once validated, the rollers undergo Eddy Current testing, dimensional inspection, and are sorted into their respective dimensional categories.
Inspection of Assembled Bearings
This system inspects fully assembled bearings prior to shipment. The checks include OCR/OCV verification for laser marking, confirming the presence of rolling elements, assessing rivet quality, and ensuring the rings meet required specifications.
